Our history
In 1932 startte INVACO Industrial Valuations & Consultancy als het eerste onafhankelijke taxatiebureau binnen Van Ameyde. INVACO richt zich op taxaties voor het bedrijfsleven, van complete haventerreinen tot ziekenhuizen. Benjamins & Benjamins werd in 2005 onderdeel van Van Ameyde. Hiermee kon Van Ameyde ook taxaties en contra-expertise aanbieden voor particulieren en het MKB.
Na de overname van Remax Vastgoedgroep heeft Van Ameyde in 2015 alle taxatieactiviteiten gebundeld in Van Ameyde Waarderingen.
Van Ameyde Waarderingen heeft sindsdien niet stil gezeten. Heinen, Bouland, Ratio Taxaties en Noorderstaete Rentmeesters hebben de organisatie verder versterkt.
Van Ameyde Waarderingen is nu het grootste full-service bureau op het gebied van taxaties, grondzaken en rentmeesterij in Nederland. De klanten kunnen voor alle zaken die de waarde van hun bezittingen aangaan, bij Van Ameyde Waarderingen terecht.
